We understand that incidents are inevitable, and that when the unexpected occurs, your main objective is to mitigate the extent of damage while progressing toward settlement in a fair and expeditious manner.

Since 2003, ISA has facilitated the payment of over $125 million worth of claims. After all, what good is an insurance program if your claims are not paid?  ISA has worked with the same claims attorney for over 20 years.  While it is the goal of our risk management department to minimize and reduce the number of claims that occur, it is the success of our claims handling that minimizes the number of dollars paid when a claim does occur.
