Without competent and caring Direct Support Professionals, quality outcomes for people with disabilities would be limited, and achieving independence would be increasingly difficult. That’s why we created the DSP Recognition Award in 2000 – to recognize DSPs each year  who’ve demonstrated an exemplary level of performance over the course of their employment and a consistent commitment to improving the quality of life for the consumer(s) they support. The Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. DSP Recognition Award provides an opportunity for agencies to recognize a Direct Support Professional for their commitment, contributions and accomplishments.
