Valerie Williams joined Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. in November 2010 as a marketing analyst and assumed the role of Director of Marketing in June 2011.

A professional visual communicator with over 18 years of experience in the creative services field, she obtained an AAS in Commercial Art from SUNY Sullivan and continued her education at SUNY College at Buffalo to obtain a BS in Graphic Design. In 1995, she joined Softbank Services Group (SSG), a technology outsourcing company based in Buffalo NY, in a division responsible for corporate performance standards, process documentation and quality management.

In 1998, Ms. Williams transformed her passion for creative design and technology skills into a graphic and website design business. For over twelve years, the technology-savvy creative entrepreneur developed, launched, managed and extended successful brands for business owners, celebrities, professional athletes, corporations and non-profit organizations. 

As Director of Marketing at ISA, her objective is to continue to build and strengthen the ISA brand by delivering purposeful communications and marketing campaigns that provide the best possible support and experience for ISA’s partners, agents, brokers and insureds.

Ms. Williams is a native of Sullivan County, NY.
