Michelle Irwin is an Underwriting Supervisor for Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. She is responsible for the coordination and underwriting of ISA’s premier accounts. Mrs. Irwin utilizes her extensive underwriting expertise to actively facilitate and administer ISA’s social service programs throughout the states of Louisiana, Idaho and West Virginia.

Mrs. Irwin joined ISA’s Policy Administration Department in 1995 and obtained a New York State Property and Casualty Brokers License in June of 1996. She was promoted to the position of Senior Underwriter in May 2001. In an effort to continue advancing her career while expanding her knowledge of the industry, Mrs. Irwin acquired an Associate in Underwriting designation in June 2003. Her experience, industry knowledge and dedication earned Mrs. Irwin the title of Associate Underwriting Supervisor in August 2008.

Prior to ISA, Michelle was the Activities Director for The Nevele Hotel & Resort in Ellenville, New York. In addition to creating, implementing and scheduling all recreational activities and staff, she had the pleasure of assisting in planning leisure activities for participants of the New York State Special Olympic Winter Games.

Mrs. Irwin received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania.
