Debbie Nola is the Vice President of Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc.’s Accounting Department.  Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis and management of the company’s operations, Mrs. Nola oversees the payroll, finance, tax, budgeting, employee benefits/insurance and treasury management, as well as promoting the continued development of effective accounting systems and implementation of necessary controls for proper record administration financial reporting.

Mrs. Nola joined ISA in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative for ISA’s Personal Lines segment. In 1988, Debbie obtained her New York State Property and Casualty Brokers License and was promoted to the position of Personal Lines Supervisor. She transitioned into the role of Bookkeeping Supervisor reporting to Marcia Siegel, CFO and established the Accounting Department in 1989.

With over 20 years of experience, Debbie plays a leading role in ISA’s continued development and organizational growth initiatives. Mrs. Nola has attended various courses related to Accounting, Computer Technology and Professional Development.
