Mental Health
Our mental health program is designed for organizations that provide
psychiatric and mental health counseling through residential and
outpatient treatment programs, where chronic medical care is not
a major component. These programs assist people in need of behavioral
health services while focusing on recovery as the ultimate objective.
ISA continues to support behavioral health organizations in their
efforts to promote recovery for people with mental illness while
facilitating the “recovery vision,” which calls for
individuals, practitioners, and family members to become active
participants in encouraging a person’s potential. The creative
and supportive role of the practitioner remains a constant challenge
in where they can assist the individuals they serve in recognizing
their individual strengths while developing consumer empowerment
and a successful recovery process.
