May 2005
- The 2005 Irv Rutman Award Goes to Ms. Mary Alice Brown
of the Laurel Hill Center
Mary Alice Brown, Executive Director of the Laurel Hill
Center in Eugene, Oregon has been announced as the 2005
Irv Rutman Award Winner by The United States Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Association (USPRA). The Irv Rutman Award
is presented yearly by USPRA and is awarded to an Executive
Director who has made significant contributions to promoting
psychosocial rehabilitation and making recovery real within
their agencies. ISA has had a long-term relationship with
USPRA and is the sponsor of this award.
