Auto & Glass Losses

All auto losses, accompanied by their respective loss notices, should be reported to York Insurance Services Group, Inc. by using any one of the following methods:

Property, Fidelity & Crime Losses

All property losses, accompanied by their respective loss notices, should be reported to York Insurance Services Group, Inc. by using any one of the following methods:

General & Professional Liability Losses

All GL & PL losses, accompanied by their respective loss notices, should be reported to York Insurance Services Group, Inc. by using any one of the following methods:

AIG Directors & Officers Losses

All AIG D&O and Employment-Related matters should be reported to AIG by using any one of the following methods:

Reporting Times

*If an emergency property loss needs immediate attention after hours, please contact Irwin Siegel Agency at (800) 622-8272 to be directed to York’s After Hours Emergency Property Loss Service.

Acknowledgments

You will receive an acknowledgment directly from York Claims within 24 hours of initial report, which will provide you with the following information:

• Claim Number
• Adjuster’s Name, Branch, and Contact Information

*If you do not receive an acknowledgment letter within this time frame, please contact York’s Call Center immediately at: (800) 868-0418.
